Hello! Im looking for *2 person* to take over two rooms in a 3bed1bath flat in notting hill/ladbroke grove! I will be your 3rd housemate!

The two rooms are around £1200pcm and £1300pcm respectively excluding bills which is around £70 per person per month.

The flat is on the 4th floor, fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, shared bathroom and shared living room.

The lease renewal is up in June this year and we will hopefully be signing it sometime next month so pm me for more details!
