Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 3 bed flat- located on queensway road (central line is 10 secs, and circle/district line is a 2 min walk).
One of the rooms is occupied by a couple (she works in fashion merchandising, and he works for a charity in parliament), and the other is occupied by a girl from New Zealand that works in private equity.

We’re a friendly, social flat that love a tuesday night pub quiz, a movie in our lounge, or just a walk round Hyde park (we also conveniently live right above a blank street so enjoy coffee dates too)
Portobello road is a 10-15 min walk so Saturdays occasionally get reserved for Portobello market!

The room is £950 excluding bills, however that doesnt come around to much, especially now with summer round the corner

We’re looking for another girl, ideally 22-25, who is also a working professional to join us from the 21st of May.
