We are writers in our 50s and spend half our time at our house in Spain where we run yoga retreats.

This really is a gem of a flat in an amazing location. Very quiet and leafy yet right next to some of the best shops, cafes and restaurants in London and very near transport links.

We have a gorgeous, fully equipped sit-in kitchen and bathroom with full bath, shower and sink. Communal garden.

We are looking for somebody who works or studies full time (no WFH) and is self contained, respectful and independent. Sitting room and balcony available only when we are away (50% of the time). Kitchen and bathroom shared.
