Hi. I have a high spec spare room (with its own ensuite bathroom) in a beautiful garden flat. The flat is brand new, quiet and peaceful. The mature trees at the back mean you can sit outside with a cup of coffee/tea any time of the day and hear the birds.
I would like a tenant that is clean, quiet and respectful. If you like dogs even better! It is for single occupancy only. Socialising is outside.

The road is quiet and leafy.
The flat is 5 mins from Westbourne Park station, 7 mins from Ladbroke Grove and 10 mins to Notting Hill.

It is surrounded by trendy bars, pubs, gyms, coffee shops, world famous Ottolenghi and Daylesford Organic. Portobello Road is a 5 min walk and there are 5-6 gyms within a 5- 15 min walk.

My dog is very friendly and loves humans, treats and walks.
