hello, my name is Johnn and I offer an apartment for rent which is located 8 minutes by subway from baker street, the apartment is located about 30 seconds walk to the subway and the bus stop is opposite, civic amenities are all close by, I am currently looking for someone. who can move in as soon as possible and length of stay depends on agreement I prefer someone decent and quiet parties are not allowed in the apartment because the neighbors are older and families with children if you are a smoker it is fine but smoking in the apartment is not allowed only on the balcony if you have any other. questions.
