I am looking for a person to take over my room in this 3-bed flat, that I currently share with two other girls.

The room is furnished, with a double bed and a two part wardrobe. Electric heater attached to the wall with a timer etc.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared, all fully furnished and in new condition.

Available from the 15th of February (move in date flexible). Sharing with 2 girls, both working full-time. We're looking for a young professional, preferably a girl. The house is a 2 minute walk from Westbourne Park Station and 12 minutes from Notting Hill Gate. Rent is £1133 per month plus bills ~70£.

Tenancy runs until November 2026, with the option to extend. As you would be included in the tenancy as the tenant, you must be able to pay 6-months rent upfront rather than monthly (as the rest of the tenants- this was a condition when we moved in aswell).
