Hi everyone💖 I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Queen’s Park as I’ll be moving out temporarily for work🙏
📍 Location: Queen’s Park, 10 mins walk to the station
💷 Rent: £800/month (includes bills) + £9–18 monthly cleaning fee
🛏 Room: Fully furnished (Mini-fridge in room)
📅 Duration: 23rd Feb – end of August
(Start date is flexible, could be between 23rd Feb-1st March)

Also open to short-term rent for 23rd Feb-Mid/End of April period!

I’ve lived here since Feb 2022 (3+years) and loved the flat. The housemates are friendly and the zone 2 location really helped with my travels to central London (max 30-40mins). A two-floor flat with 2 bathrooms and 4 other flatmates (2 permanent, 2 also subletting)🎀

I may or may not move back after August depending on work, so there’s a possibility for something more long-term if you end up liking the room. I’m happy to be flexible and discuss as we go, or if you just need a short-term stay till August, that’s absolutely fine too😇
