I am subletting my fully furnished double room in my lovely Bayswater flat for two months over the summer. An ideal renter is preferably a female who is friendly, polite, and clean, as you will be sharing the flat with a female student at Imperial College. Only willing to sublet to someone who will rent for the entire two months. There is an option to extend to August 2027 should you wish.

It is on the 4th/top floor (lift access) of a picturesque Georgian terrace just 8 mins to Bayswater tube station (District and Circle Lines) and 10 mins to Queensway tube station (Central Line). The flat is recently renovated and has an open-plan living/dining/modern kitchen area; two bedrooms (one occupied), a bathroom with a modern shower and bath. There is a washing machine in the storage area. The kitchen has a new hob/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator (no freezer).

It is a lovely area surrounded by picturesque Georgian terraces and two high streets (Queensway and Westbourne) just 5 minutes away. The lively Notting Hill is just 10 minutes away. There are multiple gyms in the area, with a PureGym and Thirdspace within 5 mins. A large Waitrose is less than 10 minutes away with smaller shops, bars, and restaurants everywhere in between.

Bills are all covered in the rent, including high-speed Wi-Fi.
