Looking for a dog-mad flatmate to take over the second room in my lovely 2 bed flat in Notting Hill, as my current housemate is moving out after finding her forever person and moving in together 🥹❤️

The flat is tucked away down a super cute, picturesque road in an amazing location with every local amenity you could need.
• 6 min walk to Ladbroke Grove tube
• 10 min walk to Holland Park

I have a very sweet little French bulldog, Coco, so this is definitely a home for someone who genuinely loves dogs and would enjoy having her around 🐾

A little about me:
I’d love to find someone who wants more than just a place to sleep. I really value home feeling calm, cosy and friendly, and I think living with the right person makes such a difference. Ideally looking for someone easygoing, considerate, clean and who enjoys their own space but also happy to have a chat, share a coffee/wine, etc.

I work from home, so this would probably suit someone who mainly works from an office. The flat is on the smaller side, so two full-time WFH people might feel a bit cramped, but occasional WFH days are absolutely fine 😊

I’m also quite particular about keeping the flat clean and tidy (slightly OCD about it 🙃), so looking for someone who’s naturally clean, respectful of shared spaces, and happy to keep things nice.
