I live in a self contained ground floor flat with garden. Off road, it is free from traffic noise. The spare room is large and overlooks the garden with extra storage space if needed.
Shower/bathroom and kitchen are shared. Shared areas are cleaned by a weekly cleaner.
This is a harmonious and happy place. I am an intellectual creative and have worked in arts admin and illustration and research the counter culture. I am content and busy with my own time although I'm also open for good conversation! I'm looking for a quiet and compatable person possibly a PhD student to share my home for a long let of 9 months +
