Hi! I’m moving out of my lovely double room in Queen’s Park and looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st March.

The room:
Spacious, fully furnished double room with a huge built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom right next to the room. Gets loads of natural light ☀️

The flat:
Two-bed flat shared with one really lovely flatmate. She has her own en-suite, so you’d only be sharing the fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave). Plenty of storage plus a large loft.

The area:
10-minute walk to Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo & Overground). Close to the park, great pubs, cafés and restaurants, M&S by the station, a big Sainsbury’s nearby, and bus stops 1 minute away.

Who we’re looking for:
