My name is Amelia and I am half Norwegian, half Jamaican. I was born in London but grew up in the south of Norway. I have since moved back here to study Performing Arts at local drama school.

Oxford Gardens is moments walk from the bars, restaurants and clubs on Portobello Road and Westbourne Grove. Nearest. tube Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith &
City, Circle Line), plus many buses seconds walk away.
The Notting Hill area itself retains its historic arty feel, with musicians, poets, actors and sculptures all living locally. The heart and soul of the place still remains the market at Portobello Road, which epitomises the lively and diverse,
local “feel” to the area. The West End is also easily accessible by either bus or tube, so you can venture into theatre-land etc really quickly. The A40 is also very near, enabling you to leave London west by car in minutes (depending on traffic).
There are many shops on Ladbroke Grove, as well as an ENORMOUS shopping centre (Westfield, allegedly the biggest in Europe) only a short bus ride away. For local green spaces to stretch the legs, there are quite a few famous parks nearby, the best of them being Princess Diana Gardens, Hyde Park and Holland Park, all within walking distance.
