No balcony but windows overlook pedestrianized canal-side zone (coots and ducks below!). Double-glazed so warm and silent (no cars/roads). Yet Zone-1 convenience: step out into urban Marylebone/Paddington.

I live overseas for much of the year so I’m just seeking flexi friendly stayer for exclusive use of my home when I’m away for long periods, usually months (to cover all my expenses). Exact dates by negotiation. Likely avail in 2026 from early July for 4 months. All arrangements by friendly negotiation. No smoking or pets, please. All utility bills are included.
