Central London Flat (W2 area: Paddington-near Edgware Rd tube). Simple, clean and worldly. Inner-city apartment: 45m2. 1 double bedroom (huge king-size bed), 1 bathroom, L-shape livingroom-kitchen. Suit single or couple. Great Wi-Fi and work-space and all the usual mod-cons.

No balcony but windows overlook pedestrianized canal-side zone (coots and ducks below!). Double-glazed so warm and silent (no cars/roads). Yet Zone-1 convenience: step out into urban Marylebone/Paddington.

I live between London and overseas, so away for parts of the year. So I’m just seeking a flexi friendly stayer for exclusive use of my home when I’m away for long periods, usually months (to cover my expenses). Someone, like me, who has a life overseas but needs an affordable central London base for work, without the crazy airbnb prices.

Exact dates by negotiation. Availability in 2026 from early July for 3-4 months. Dec-Feb also. All arrangements by friendly negotiation. No smoking or pets, please. All utility bills are included.
