You'll have full access to a sitting room, office space, galley kitchen and shared bathroom. There's a large garden out back and space for planters if you're green fingered. I have a cat so unfortunately other pets are non-negotiable.

Daybrook is a 15/20 minute bus ride from Nottingham city centre and a 20 minute walk from both Arnold and Sherwood. It's just off the ringroad to the Uni of Nottingham and QMC and walking distance from City Hospital.

I have quite an active social life, so I'm out quite a bit, but I'm also also always happy to have a night in. I work full time, however currently work from home two days per week. My last lodger lasted 4.5 years, so hopefully I'm doing something right!
