Double room with its own bathroom in my two bed flat in Hockley from end of July / start of August! Has a nice big balcony, and secure car park underneath the building (costs extra if needed).

Bills are all included. Bathroom includes a bath. Living room/kitchen is furnished but room is unfurnished (has a built in wardrobe, so basically just needs a bed, happy to help with sorting this).

I work as a doctor so hours are a bit chaotic and would need to be respectful of occasional night shifts etc, otherwise very chilled :) Expecting to be in the flat for another six months but could take over the tenancy and bills from me if you wanted to stay longer.
