His work often involves evenings, weekends and late nights, so the flat is particularly well suited to someone comfortable with non standard working hours.

The flat is in a small block of just six apartments and the building is only around 20 years old, making it feel much more modern than many Nottingham rentals. There are no neighbours on either side and only one above. Washing machine, fridge and off street parking are included.

The communal areas and surrounding grounds are professionally maintained, with regular cleaning and gardening helping to keep the building and outdoor spaces clean, tidy and well looked after.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the flat or within the building, in accordance with the building’s rules. Smoking outside is permitted, provided it is done considerately and all cigarette ends are disposed of responsibly. Vaping is acceptable within the flat.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted under the building lease, although fish tanks are welcome.
