This home would be ideal for a female professional or mature lodger looking for somewhere peaceful, comfortable and genuinely homely to live.
You'll have access to the entire house, including a bright conservatory/sunroom which you're welcome to use as your own private sitting room, home office or relaxing space.
The house is occupied by my retired mum, who lives here full-time. She's friendly, kind and always happy to chat over a cup of tea or share the occasional meal, but equally understands and respects anyone who prefers their own space and privacy. I own the property but spend much of my time elsewhere, usually staying one or two nights each week.
We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful, and who would enjoy being part of a calm, friendly household rather than a busy house share.
