Hi, I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy as I’m moving cities. I have an en-suite room available to rent in Lace Market (NG1) with a shared kitchen and living room, available from August but could do July if needed £672 pm all bills included, monthly rolling contract so no fixed term.

The flat is hidden in Bridlesmith Chambers and the walkway is closed after a certain time everyday so is cut off from the general public, meaning it’s very secure and only those living or working in the walkway have the ability to access it at night

2 minute walk to lace market tram stop, perfect if you are looking for an easy commute to either universities, NG2 or QMC
