I have one room available on the ground floor. There is a shared lounge, kitchen and two shower rooms on this floor which you would be sharing with three other females.

One of the girls is still a student whilst the other two are now working graduates. Two of the girls are Nigerian and one is Ghanaian, on student or working visas.

I can rent this room on a short-term basis but would prefer to let it out for a few months or longer.

The rent is currently £468 pcm which includes all of the bills. I do not take deposits but one months rent is payable on the move-in day.

There are a useful group of shops adjacent to the property including a late night Premier Supermarket, Chemist, Launderette, and a Post Office. Lidl is also in walking distance.

At the end of Beech Avenue is the bus to Nottingham City Centre. The buses 68,69, and 71 all go to Victoria Centre and the journey is around 8 minutes. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away from the house.
