My name is Tonye, and I am a young lady who signed a 1-year student contract for studio accommodation costing £9690, payable in three installments. To date, I have paid the first two installments totaling £6270. The remaining balance is £3420 for the final installment. Unfortunately, I had to return to Nigeria due to a family emergency.

I am seeking a takeover tenant for a 5-month tenancy. The suitable tenant would be a student and pay the sum of £3420 for 5 months which is the equivalent of £684 a month starting in May. The total sum of £3420 is to be paid upfront as a one-off payment and not in monthly installments, covering the tenancy period from May to September.

A £250 deposit is also required, refundable at the end of the contract in September.

The studio apartment is spacious and centrally located, offering privacy and access to a private kitchen and bathroom. The double bed mattress comes with storage space underneath, ideal for couples where one person is a student and the other is working.
