Employment wise the tram gives access to the city centre, NG2 Business Park, QMC and University of Nottingham. City Hospital 10 minutes away by bike.

35 years old plus only. Stable employed or mature students only. I will requite work/uni and previous landlord references with email and phone number details. Proof of funds will be required. My preference is a weekday renter but full time/7 day is fine. My preference is for full time employment site or hybrid working arrangements (it's good to split work/private time).

Ideally I'm looking for people with similar interests to me as it makes for a friendlier household.

Close to city centre, tramline close but not too close! Climbing Centre and excellent local pub nearby. Great new startup takeaway literally around the corner.

Band A council tax. Electric and gas bill split based on usage/days in the house and not included in rent. Additional £150 deposit for energy contingency will be taken. This will be paid back in installments on the basis of paying promptly on a monthly basis./building trust.
