Hey! My flatmate has moved out of my house in West Bridgford, Nottingham and I'm looking for a new housemate (girls only, young professional or student). I'm 24 and working in Notts city centre.

The room: bright, sunny double room with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and an original fireplace.

The house: 2 bed, 1 bathroom house with two cosy living rooms and a big kitchen. Modern bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. Lovely garden with a lawn, patio and shed. A friendly 4 year old cat called Rosie. Rent is £675 a month, not including bills. Available from 28 October. Really convenient location.

About me: I love the gym, padel, pub nights and also a chill night in. Very sociable and would love to be good friends with whoever moves in!
