Hi everyone,

I’m looking for one more housemate to share our house, as one of the tenants will be moving out due to work commitments.

📍 Location: NG3 area – around a 20-minute walk to the city centre and 5 minutes by car. There is a bus stop right opposite the house, making it very convenient to travel into town. The area is safe and quiet, with local shops and a Lidl supermarket nearby.

🏡 About the house:
The house is new and fully furnished, with a garden and parking space available.

👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 About us:
It’s an all-female household of three. We’re friends, all working professionals, and one of us is a master’s student. The house is generally quiet, respectful, and clean. We enjoy socialising occasionally — sometimes having a cosy night in or going out together — but we also respect each other’s space and routines.

💰 Rent: £640 per month (including all bills). I’m open to discussing the price for the right person.
