Large spacious double room with king size bed, desk and office chair, plus wardrobe, as well as a TV point. There is no TV in the room at the moment, but I can get one if you wish.
Access to shared washing machine and tumble dryer.
As a woman, I’d prefer to live with another woman, as this feels much more comfortable for me.
I want you to feel welcome in the shared areas, but also not to feel under any pressure to socialise.
I go out to work full time and am seeking someone with similar working hours, who also lives a pretty quiet settled lifestyle with early starts in the week, or who works nights.
I’d consider a Mon-Fri let.
I’ve renovated my house since buying it a few years ago. Periodically I have work done, but the room only needs small touches (door and doorframe painting), and we can discuss a suitable time.
Great area, with a variety of shops, eateries and pubs within easy walking distance. Sneinton Market, the city centre and train station are all walkable, or on a bus route. Street parking is available. I have a friendly pet cat so unfortunately this vacancy isn’t suitable for someone with an allergy.
Reliable EE broadband. Bills (TV licence, water, gas, electric, wifi, council tax band A) are included in your rent.
I try to be fairly environmentally conscious and so for an extra £15 / month, I’m happy to share liquid hand soap, washing up liquid, toilet paper and kitchen roll (both made of recycled paper). I’d also include bin bags, cleaning products (except laundry detergent), and to launder tea towels and hand towels for the bathroom. I understand if you’d prefer not to do this so just let me know :)
