Hi all,
I need a tenancy takeover for my 124 Alfreton road property as I’m dropping out of university to take an apprenticeship.
The property is 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and also a garden area additionally. The bedroom available has been attached and has a wardrobe with mirror and double bed.

The rent is was 115 a week and also a 460 deposit will be needed.
The tenancy starts from the 1st August 2024 and runs for 52 weeks.
The house is shared with 7 others (8 in total) who all go Nottingham Trent, like to go out but also like chilled in nights as well. I have attached a photo of them.
