I'm a teaching assistant at a local secondary school looking for a new housemate in a two bed flat in the Mapperley Park area, 25 min walk from city centre & NTU campus. Plenty of transport links and direct buses into the centre, also not far from city hospital. Super quiet, safe, and peaceful green area, off-street parking permit included. Available immediately!

Rent is £462.50 and bills up to £100 per month per person, council tax band A. Open to other young professionals or post-grad/mature students, looking for somebody clean and tidy in shared areas.

I'm friendly and chatty but respect if you keep to yourself; I enjoy hanging out with my (very friendly) cat, painting miniatures, and reading. LGBT+ friendly!
