I work for the NHS and recently moved closer to my parents due to their health needs. We now have a room available
The room is semi-furnished, we taken most of stuff seen in the photo, but furnishing can be discussed depending on individual preference. The house is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with respectful neighbours.
The location is excellent, Aldi, costa and other local shops within walking distance. A new walking bridge is opening soon, providing easy access to West Bridgford and the stadium. Parking is permit-based on the street, with plenty of free off-street parking nearby.
We are looking for a clean, respectful, non-smoking who values a peaceful home and is considerate towards other housemates and residents. This home would suit someone looking for a calm and respectful living environment.
