Double room available in my Victorian terraced house on a quiet street in central Sherwood.

The house is less than 10 minutes walk from the high street/bus stops and 25 minutes walk from City Hospital. On-street parking is available.

Perks include use of a sunny garden, a decent size kitchen-diner, excellent rainfall shower and separate bath, and a dishwasher. The house is pretty peaceful and surprisingly spacious inside but still has lots of character.

The room is big and bright and fitted with wardrobes, an armchair, double bed and desk with chair. There's plenty of storage space. Happy to remove furniture if not needed and you're welcome to bring your own. The room is in the attic so may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

You'd only be sharing with me - and two friendly house rabbits! I've had housemates/lodgers before and there's plenty of space for us both to have our privacy still. Would prefer to share with a female. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Suggest that we start with 3/6 months but happy to extend beyond that.
