The flat is ideally located – only a 5-minute walk to West Bridgford centre, and the bus to Nottingham city centre goes from the top of the street and takes about 10 minutes.

We have direct contact with our landlords (a married couple who own the whole building). They are lovely and very quick to sort any issues.

The flat has a private driveway with one shared parking space and you can also get a parking permit for spaces by the Cricket Ground.

Inside, we have an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining room is currently unfurnished but we are currently looking at getting a dining table and chairs soon! All you need to furnish is your own room☺️

The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a large shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine. The lower ground floor has one bedroom and the living room.
