I will be going on an international exchange semester to spain around end of january time, possibly start of february and I am looking for a female student to take over my tenancy in a 6-bed all girls house. The room has its own ensuite bathroom and a dedicated study area and is £165 per week (including bills) plus the girls in the house are all super lovely and easy to get along with. Nearest Tram stop is a 2 minute walk away and there are loads of shops nearby, and there’s even a post office right across the road. The tenancy takeover would be from around 20th January or early February and i’m willing to pay the financial difference of £215 (as it is £715 per month) upfront - message me if interested or for more information xx
