I am a live in property owner, well I have a mortgage. The room is recently decorated has a small double bed and a built in wardrobe. Brand new carpet and curtains. All bills included, Sky TV and WiFi. Decent shower and bathroom obviously shared but I am in and out in the morning. There is a garden area if you like sitting outside. The living area I use when I get home but I work long hours. kitchen facilities, include, washing machine, fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle, toaster fridge freezer, and glasses, plates etc can be used. I work 5-6 days a week as a car salesman, I am out the house by 07.45 and don’t get back until after 18.30 most days. The location offers great transport if you don’t drive, tram stop only a few minutes away and the Tram to Nottingham takes just over 10 minutes. Buses also very close. The room offered is the best decorated room in the house but the rest of the house is okay. There is a 24 hours petrol station only a 30 second walk round the corner and a row of shops only a 2 minute walk away. There is parking if you do have a car. My previous lodger stayed for 3 years, he recently moved out to get his own place. £125a week. £125 deposit.
