Hi guys - we’re looking for another housemate for our large three bedroom detached house in Carlton Hill.

The room is a large double (see pics- that’s a king size bed for reference) with en suite and a ridiculous amount of storage. It comes fully furnished but obviously if you have an existing bed/furniture that can be accommodated. It features a silly amount of plug sockets , multiple individually switchable lights, Ethernet and Aerial connection, ceiling fan, multiple large wardrobes with storage dividers and a large desk.

The house has an awesome open plan kitchen/living area with a separate tack room, double garage, large garden and plenty of driveway parking nestled in a crescent 100m off the main road which is great for security and really peaceful.

The shared areas feature ultra modern spec appliances (2x SMEG ovens, 5 Hob Gas Burner, Dishwasher, American Style Instaview Fridge Freezer, Integrated Port Vacuum Cleaner, Garbage Disposal, 65” Samsung Ultraslim OLED TV, Samsung AI Washing Machine and Heatpump Tumbledryer, 1Gigabit SKY internet), again plenty of storage and really energy efficient but whilst being cosy at the same time!

The high street is about a 4 minute walk away full of shops/eateries etc, 30 second walk to the bus stop and around 10 mins away from the city centre by car or bus.

We’re ideally looking for someone who’s tidy and fun to be around - I’m personally not in a rush to rent the room out until I find the right person- it’s a wicked house and would be great to find the final person to complete it! Bills are included with the price and would be contracted in accordance to the ‘rent-a room’ scheme.
