The Gatehouse is a couple of minutes drive to the Castlewood Buisness park (Which was infact originally parkland to the Estate) There is excellent transport links being a couple of minutes from Junction 28 on the M1 and A38 allowing easy commuting distance to Derby and Nottingham. A short walk will take you to the East Midlands Designer outlet. And a quick drive takes you to Kings Mill Hospital and West Nottingham College
