Looking for a flatmate – short term preferred, but open to long term if we get on.

The room is en-suite and furnished. Photos coming soon. It will be redecorated before move-in, with new furniture arriving shortly.

I’m friendly and enjoy the occasional chat, but I keep busy and really value a calm, private, and peaceful home. I’m looking for someone respectful of shared spaces, mindful of noise, and happy to keep things low-key. I rarely have guests over, and if I do, I always give notice.
