Hi!

We are a young family of three and we have a spare room available in the house we own. Our daughter is 2 years old. I work as a doctor in City hospital and my wife is a stay home mum. There are 3 floors in the house, and the room is on the top floor with a bathroom just outside so there’s privacy as we are downstairs. There is a living room with a 65 inch tv. There’s a bus that goes from our new build estate into town centre and QMC (L2), but it’s probably more convenient if you drive. Price includes bills and internet. I have a signal booster in the middle of the house. Obviously we will be selective as we have the little one with us. Thank you for looking!
