The room is available from February 2026 to February 2027, with the possibility of extending the contract.

As I travel abroad for most of the year and only return a few times for short stays (maximum 10 days at a time), the house will be at the shared tenant’s almost complete disposal for the vast majority of the year. This offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the space and privacy of the house as if it were your own.
