Hi, my name's Jefferson. I'm a 30 year-old self-employed professional and as I'm always travelling around the country for my business, I'm offering up bedrooms in my townhouse to a lodger who can hold the fort! I've had the most lovely couple lodging for the last few years and have homed dozens of Erasmus students from Italy, Hungary and other EU states in between. As I am working abroad again a lot after summer, I'm keen to find someone tidy & friendly :)
I am open to a unique set up which may benefit a couple, or a couple of friends who want to have a house exclusively to themselves

1) The main bedroom has a king sized bed, built in wardrobes, black out curtains, drawers etc.

2) The second bedroom is a cosy single-sized bedroom with a Double bed which lifts up for more storage underneath. There are shelves with weave boxes and rails for storage of clothes and shoes.

The living room has a cosy sofa and smart netflix-equipped TV, whilst the kitchen has a built in fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The townhouse is tucked away in Plantagenet Court; a safe and secluded cul-de-sac between Hockley and St. Ann's - it is a great location just a few street's walk away from the city centre. There are squirrels running around and two of the neighbouring townhouses are trendy airbnb's! Despite being this close to the city centre, there's plenty of parking here so If you have a car, you're welcome to access off road spaces.

*Though I'm a 'live-in landlord' on paper, I am virtually never here nowadays; I do drop by to the house on rare occasions to break up my travels down the M1 and quickly cook up an evening meal in the kitchen, but I always let lodgers know in advance if there is a chance of me popping in (rather just than appearing out of nowhere after 4 weeks!)
