Hey looking for someone to move into my lovely home where I am letting out one room, it is a spacious double bed room with king size bed and an en-suite shower and sink.

House is in Aspley and is 10 minutes by bus to city centre and about 10 - 15 minutes bus from both universities. Looking for either students or professionals ideally. House has a lovely back garden with a patio and two living rooms and a common bathroom. I myself play squash full time and a tidy house and positive atmosphere at home is very important to me.
