Small double room in a new build, city centre 5 minutes from train station, 1 minute from tram, south facing garden.

Me and my girlfriend are looking for a house mate to socialise with and generally have a good time. We are pretty chilled. I'm full time uni, work part time and the other half is young professional . We have a dog who's very chilled and loves a cuddle.

Ideally we are looking for someone with the same mind set as us, doesn't take life too seriously and wouldnt mind living with a very chilled dog. However If you're not the biggest fan no problem at all as we can easily segregate him.
Wi fi, tv in room, bed and storage will be provided. We also have a shed and a loft if you need to store anything such as a bike.

Free parking at the property.
500pm bills included
