A spacious room available in a two bedroom house. The house has a separate bathroom/shower and toilet and is very spaced out with plenty of storage. Free parking for residents and all amenities close by. All public transport is easy to get to as house is located in city centre. Walking distance is 10 minutes from Vic centre. Bus stop is 30 seconds away and tram stop is 10 minutes.

Two friendly indoor cats live at the house, they are sweet and affectionate. If you love cats you will get on very well, if you don't you will probably fall in love with them!

The place is very homely and I would prefer someone to treat it like their home. I also would prefer someone I would get along with and with time call a friend rather than just a tenant if that is a possibility. The place is kept clean and tidy so you would need to be someone who likes to keep things clean and tidy.
