Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the last 3 months till 31st August due to an overbooking. The property will be available after ~25th May as I should be moving out about then. The rent is £200 a week which is £10/week cheaper than booking on their website, however the rent is due on the 1st June for that months rent and 1st of each month.

All financial and tenancy agreement changeover will be done by Student Roost once I have been contacted.
