I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Straits Village, Nottingham for the 2026/27 academic year due to a change in my circumstances.

The room is an ensuite in modern student accommodation with a shared kitchen and living area. Bills are included in the rent, and the accommodation is within walking distance of Nottingham city centre and Nottingham Trent University, with good transport links to the University of Nottingham as well.

The tenancy runs from [12/09/25] to [17/07/26] and the rent is £155 per week.

Straits Village offers a range of facilities including study spaces, social areas, on-site laundry and secure entry.
