Situated in the heart of Forest Fields on Exeter Road, this end terrace house has two bedrooms available from the 12th June.

The location is ideal for access to town (about a 20/25 minute walk); it’s close to the NET tram link, and regular bus services, on top of this it’s very close to several large supermarkets and excellent local amenities. There is on street parking.

The bills included in the rent are; council tax, broadband, water rates, gas and electric. The communal areas are cleaned by a cleaner every two weeks and this cost is also included in the rent.

One room available (shown in a video) is a spacious double on the ground floor of the house. The other room is a single which has a small double bed in.

The rooms are available for single occupancy only.

Currently there is one male and one female living in the house. They are Malaysian and Vietnamese respectively. They currently do some work online from home and appreciate respectful housemates to enable them to do this.
