Shared house situated in walking distance from town. 2 small dogs 1 medium dog live in the kitchen and 1 room mostly. We are clean and respectful people. However I am a DJ music Producer and the others in the house are sometimes up all night having fun so if you don't like noise or smoking g at any hour then please don't apply as you will not be comfortable and people will not alter their living habits to be controlled.
The room will be fully furnished we are moving things around ATM.
Local amenities are very good 42 but across the road and 45 is 5 mins distance on foot. Please get in touch if you would like a viewing.
