I am looking for someone to take over my room in a student house in Nottingham City centre, Mansfield Road (just up from the Victoria Centre).

The double room is fully furnished for £150pw with bills NOT included. This modern terraced house takes place over 3 floors, and a basement. The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge/kitchens, and parking is available. The Tenant can move in as soon as July and it is a 52 week contract, with the tenancy terminating July 2025. The deposit to secure the room is £450.

It is a shared house with a fun group of girls who love a night out just as much as staying in watching Love Island! They are all going into 2nd year as marketing students, some specialising in Fashion Marketing and Branding at Nottingham Trent University. A typical evening would include catching up, cooking tea together and maybe a trip to the pub for the pub quiz!
