Hi guys!! i’m looking for one person to take over my tenancy on Forest Road East, Nottingham from April/May 2026 to September 2026. i live with 2 other girls which are not expected to be here during this period.

Weekly rent = £153, including water bills. - Only one payment would be required (£2,250 if tenancy starts in April)

Electricity and wifi is excluded.

The area is student-friendly and is approximately a 10-minute walk from Victoria Centre.

Pictures of my room, as well as the living room/kitchen/bathroom is also included.

I'm looking for someone, preferably a girl, to take over my tenancy just for a couple of months if needed! First-come, first-served basis AND first person to contact will get the property at a discounted price!
