I am looking for someone to take over my contract for my 2nd floor bedroom in this 6 bedroom student townhouse in Radford, Nottingham. The room available contains a double bed, a desk, wardrobe, and shelving. The ground floor of the house contains a shared kitchen with plenty of shelving and cupboards, oven, microwave, kettle, large dining table, 2 big fridge-freezers, and also a shared living room with 2 sofas, a large wall-mounted TV, and a chalkboard wall. The 1st floor is made up of 3 bedrooms (2 male housemates aged 19 and 20, 1 female housemate aged 20) and a bathroom. The 2nd floor contains 3 bedrooms (1 female housemate aged 19, 1 male housemate aged 20, and the room which is available for you to rent), and another bathroom. This is a beautiful house and all the current housemates you would be living with are very friendly and tidy and will give you a warm welcome. There is plenty of free parking in the courtyard if you have a car, and there are several supermarkets just minutes away by foot. It is a secure, gated court so very safe for students!
