Hi All,
I am moving out of Nottingham in December for my job. So, I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. My contract is till Feb end but you can opt for longer duration as discussed with agent. The house is at a very good location and good condition just 10 minutes walking distance to city centre.
There are two washrooms, a common communal space and kitchen area. Currently 3 rooms are vacant and with me moving out 4 will be available out of 5 so it's kind of good and peaceful you just have to share with 1 other girl.
My current flatmate is a girl who's doing Master's at NTU. She is polite, chilled and loves cleanliness.
