This room is more spacious than the pictures would show, large storage under the bed and a shelf above the wardrobe. The house itself is in a nice quiet close, 10 minute walk from University park campus with parking. WIFI is included in cost. The current tenants are friendly and quiet, also quite clean. Short term let only because I need to find someone to take the rest of my contract as I am moving in with my Mrs in July but there is an option to extend this let from September onwards. 5 minute walk from Beeston high street and a 2 minute walk from the local chippy. Also no Council tax as this listing is for students.
